TEACHING PRACTICE
1. Procedures of Teaching
The first thing I always did at the beginning of my class was to ask them to all stand and tell them to align their tables, and also greet them a good day. Then, asked how the students were doing. I ask how they feel. My reason for that is to recognize their feelings. After that, I will proceed to classroom management. I have my NIKKO's classroom rules, these are the rules that they have to follow whenever we have a meeting. Right after that, I will start the class with motivation, I always let them watch a video clip related to our lesson. Next, I will introduce the objectives, It is really important to let students know the learning outcomes that may serve their goals during the class. I also told them that we must have goals in everything we do. We must keep that in mind during the process. Then, I posted a provoking question related to the topic and their personal experiences. With that, students can relate the topic to real-life situations. I also provide opportunities for the students to share their personal opinions and ideas related to the topic. Also, I let them enjoy the class and topic with fun and interactive activities. I also let them apply the lesson gained from the topic by providing them with real-life scenario activities that will help them apply their acquired knowledge in real-life contexts.
2. Time management and organizing activities
In my first lesson plan and demo, I became idealistic. I wasn't able to calculate the time I had, I thought a 40-minute class was very short. I ended up not finishing my lesson for that day. Though I had finished the presentation part, but in the production part, where students had to present their output in front of the class I was cut that time. And I asked the students to present it in the next meeting the following day. Then on that day, before I introduce the new topic, I let them present their output. Then I started to introduce the topic, then I was able to finish it, I could say that I learned so much in my first demo that I was able to manage my time wisely. Everything that happened in my first demo became a lesson for me and through that, I was able to design the following lesson better and fun. And the students loved it, and I was really happy. In my class, I usually, manage it through, preliminary activities and motivation (6 minutes) followed by lesson proper; Presentation (15 minutes) Practice (10), and production (9 minutes).

3. Classroom Management
I always look at in the 21st century skills. And I prefer to integrate that in my classroom management. First, in my classroom management, I have the NIKKO's rule which I mentioned above. Once the students fully embed the rules. I can now arrange and group them in their sitting arrangement, to tap the collaboration in the 21st century skills. In every lesson we had there are always a group activity. From the practice to production, they follow the sitting arrangement I made. Based on my assessment, they are more active and participative if they work together. They share ideas, opinions, and even argue with each other opinions about the topic. Through that, I can assure that everyone is learning and speaking during the class. Actually, that was my objective as an English teacher, to make them speak and gain confidence; to share and express their ideas, because my classroom is a safe learning space.

4. Problem-solving while teaching and staying in the designated school
There is a saying that we must always have a plan b. And everything will not always go in our plan. In my case, going to practicum school is already a challenge for me. Because there are instances that my buddies were busy and couldn't be able to go with me at the future school. So, I didn't let that to shake me, I think a way to go there alone. I always go to the future school 2 hours before my class, so I could prepare in the class early. I was in the room with students who always make noise once we lost our command. In my first demo, that's actually my first demo with the real students even in the Philippines. So, I always have this fear that what if students didn't want to participate in the class, what if they leave me hanging what I should do? there are endless what ifs... Then I faced my fear, I created a way to make them participate and speak during my class. Now, after the 4 classes I had with them, I can say that I no longer have a fear if the students don't want to participate. Because I can make a way to make them participate in the class. Through this experience, it made the whole inside me fulfilled. I am really thankful that I experience this.
